This morning

After enjoying a cup of coffe I took the dogs ...yes all three of them.... for a walk. 





I usually just take one at the time, it is easier that way. When they go all three they think they are all THAT. 





They pull and they bark at every poor pooch we pass. Anyway they behaved over expectation today and it is a beautiful morning. 

the sun is out shining bright and I take that any day. Before our walk we........miss Libby and I.....finished a tote. We used a super cool upholstery fabric. New York New York.

Bought the fabric months ago, just loved it but had no Idea what to do with it. Spring came along and....Of course...... I need a black and white bag??

Well, anyway, here it is and I managed to do one thing I have not done before I TWISTED THE HANDLE. Gah!!!!There is no do-over this time I will just live with a twisted handle. It will probably drive me crazy but there are little pills for that right?

Mojo loves my sewing room

.....and he kept me company all day long. He snoozed away and did not notice that fabric scraps had found him unti I reached for the Ipad to take a pic.

A very fun purse to make....EASY.....I like easy when it comes to sewing.

Purple haze purse

Purple haze is what a call this newborn one. The inside is all purple...outside not so much. I used upholstery fabric this time and it worked good. It is a little tricky when you have to sew through tripple layers. I was so excited that I got the tubing right so I forgot to add the keyring snap...oh well, next time.

purple haze har jag döpt den här nyföddingen till. Den är mycket "purple" på insidan...på utsidan inte fullt så purple.Den här gången använde jag möbeltyg och det funkade alldeles utmärkt. Tyget är så kraftigt i sig självt att jag inte behövde använda någon "stabilizer", det räckte med vadden. Jag blev så till mig i trasorna över att jag fick resåren rak att jag glömde sy in nyckelringshållaren...nåväl, det får bli nästa gång.
